1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wx999 platform available at wx999.club (hereinafter "wx999", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you ("the User", "Player", "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wx999. wx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the wx999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, nor are you creating or managing an account for a minor.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. wx999 makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific country or region.

wx999 may require documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be permanently suspended and any balance returned to the deposit source. wx999 treats underage gambling as a zero-tolerance issue.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one wx999 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wx999 login credentials. wx999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wx999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wx999 may implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to requests for a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

wx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC-20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes for each method are disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. wx999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will be returned only to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by wx999 following identity verification.

wx999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa account may apply their own fees for which wx999 bears no responsibility. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside wx999's control, including network congestion, bank processing delays, or regulatory holds.

wx999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may delay or decline any withdrawal pending the outcome of such review. Requests for withdrawal may require completion of KYC verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wx999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses apply to eligible products only and may not be transferable across product categories.
• wx999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to void bonus winnings where it determines that the Terms of the offer have been abused or circumvented.
• Multiple account holders, coordinated betting rings, and any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games played on wx999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories each maintain their own rule sets, which are available within the respective product lobbies. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

wx999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live gaming products. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. wx999 does not alter game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live session, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

Odds and markets on cricket betting and other sports are subject to change prior to settlement. wx999 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or markets published in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wx999 Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or sharing login credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or game logic errors.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other wx999 members.

wx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account it reasonably suspects of prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wx999 Platform — including but not limited to the wx999 brand name and logo, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the property of wx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any wx999 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gaming losses, or data loss. wx999's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your wx999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

wx999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service disruptions arising from maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

wx999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from within your account settings. wx999 encourages all members to use these tools proactively. wx999 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. If you know or suspect that a minor has access to your wx999 account or device, you are obligated to notify wx999 support and take immediate steps to restrict that access.

11. Amendments to These Terms

wx999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or via a notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which wx999 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with wx999 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

wx999 does not represent that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their country or region of residence.
